Bike Newport’s signature 10-Spot Ride returns on Saturday, August 23, 2025, inviting cyclists to spend 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM pedaling through Newport’s neighborhoods in search of ten secret venues—revealed only at check-in. Riders begin at a “Starting Spot” emailed the day before, pick up a guidebook, commemorative cup, and reusable utensils, then follow QR-coded route suggestions to each location. Along the way they’ll encounter hidden gardens, majestic mansions, and waterfront vistas, sampling signature bites and non-alcoholic sips while enjoying live sets from local musicians.
Participants may ride solo or in groups (past teams have topped 25), mapping the stops in any order and at their own pace. Early-bird tickets go on sale March 1 with tiered pricing up to event day, and proceeds support Bike Newport’s programs—including in-school bike-safety education and community cycling initiatives. Check-in opens at 10:30 AM to give riders extra planning time before the five-hour urban adventure begins.
