The historic Colony House in Washington Square transforms into a festive marketplace this season, welcoming visitors every day from November 14 through December 14. The Newport Historical Society, together with the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center, is hosting a monthlong food and toy drive during the market. Guests are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items, hygiene products, or toys, all of which will directly support families served by the MLK Center.
Anyone who contributes a donation will receive a 10 percent discount on all purchases made at the Holiday Market, which features a curated selection of seasonal goods. With free admission and extended weekend hours, it is an easy way to shop local and support an important community cause.
