The Newport Winter Foodies Stroll is a culinary adventure that spans a mile of Thames Street’s historic district. Participants enjoy a walking tour that intertwines the rich tapestry of Newport’s history with the flavors of its acclaimed local cuisine. The experience includes a sumptuous three-course meal with carefully curated wine pairings. The journey begins with a welcoming cocktail at Gardiner House, followed by a choice of arancini or eggplant rollatini with wine at Vieste. The adventure continues to the Midtown Oyster Bar for a seafood feast, complemented by salad and wine, and concludes with sticky toffee pudding and a final wine pairing at The Vanderbilt. It’s important to note that the tasting stops may vary. The tours are available on Fridays and Saturdays from February through March, at a cost of $125 per person, beginning at 6pm.
